Thank you for posting this. I don't agree with everything written here but I have been leading marriage groups for years and you have answered some of my un asked questions. Well said the prophet, "my people perish for lack of knowlege".

A lot of interesting ideas here but it looks like a long term strategy to fix my marrige problems. Guess I'll just have to keep on well doing and pray for strength to see it through.

I've always hoped to find a solution to my problem in the Bible and hope "Marriage in the Bible" will give me insight into what God intends for us in marriage. Our marriage has been absolutely, totally celibate for nearly 25 years (not of my choosing, of course) and no matter what I've said or done, cannot get my wife to even talk with me about her dislike/disinterest in physical intimacy. I hope to learn more here.
